Delicacies like sugar-cane juice, lassi and buttermilk are served on every table with chaat, chuskis and tikkas forming a large part of the starters. Amritsari aloo wadiyan, Punjabi kadi pakoda, murg makhan wala, abmi wali machi, are the popular crowd pullers. The festival specific gud kee kheer and ganny kee kheer are also there.
