India is is known not to produce athletic fielders but this Indian team has washed off those myths by raising their fitness levels.Virat Kohli’s fitness has paved the way for others to really focus on the fitness levels, especially the lower half of the body, which provides all the strength.For this Indian team they believe more fitness more success and Mahendra Singh Dhoni has shown why. He is the veteran in this team but is probably the quickest between wickets and that helps in crunch games.
