The former Leader of Opposition in the Assembly, Harvinder Singh Phoolka, has said in a clear word that he cannot vote for Congress Presidential nominee Meira Kumar. Not only that, he said that in such cases, he would be right to avoid abusing anyone for the presidential election.Aam Aadmi Party has announced to vote for Congress candidate Meira Kumar for the Presidential election. But Phoolka has refused to vote directly to Meira Kumar. He said that he respects Meira Kumar and there is no there is no discrimination in his mind for her. But he cannot vote in favour of Congress. At the same time, he said that the 1984 anti-Sikh riots will be heard from July 15 till August 15 for which he is fully prepared for the sentence while the High Court’s Executive Chief Judge Geeta Mittal and Judge Anu Malhotra also hear the case. Chief Judge Geeta Mittal and Judge Anu Malhotra are also taking the hearing very seriously.
