ਸਵਾਤੀ ਮਾਲੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ, “ਇਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੁੱਧ ਦੇਣ ਆਵੇਗਾ ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਲੈ ਜਾਵਾਂਗਾ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਦੁੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।” ਸਵਾਤੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਉਸ ‘ਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ। ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਨੇੜੇ ਦੇ ਖੇਤ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਬਲਾਤਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਮਹਿਲਾ ਉਸ ਅੱਗੇ ਰੋ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਪਰ ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਨਾ ਸੁਣੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਥੋਂ ਲੰਘ ਰਹੇ ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਆਵਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਸੁਣੀਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਔਰਤ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਬਚਾਈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

 ਰਿਆ ਦੀ ਸਿਕਾਇਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਾਂਤਾਕਰੂਜ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋ ਸ਼ਖਸਾਂ ਤੇ ਭੱਦੇ ਮੈਸੇਜ ਅਤੇ ਧਮਕੀ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਇਲਜਾਮ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਹੈ।ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਫਸਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਰਿਆ ਚਕਰਵਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਕਹਿਣ ਤੇ ਦੋ ਇੰਸਟਾਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਹੋਲਡਰਜ਼ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਸਾਂਤਾਕਰੂਜ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਈਪੀਸੀ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 507, 509 ਅਤੇ ਆਈਟੀ ਐਕਟ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 66 ਦੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਇਹ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
