ਸੰਜਨਾ ਸਾਂਘੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਊਯਾਰਕ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਅਮਰੀਕਨ ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨਜ਼ ਲਈ ਸੀ। ਅਦਾਕਾਰਾ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਰੂ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਬੇਰਹਿਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਪੇਸ਼ ਆਇਆ। ਉਹ ਲਿਖਦੀ ਹੈ- ‘ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨਜ਼ ਤੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੋਂ JFK ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇੱਕ ਕਰੂ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਬਦਤਮੀਜ਼ੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਮੈਂ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਮੰਗਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਮੀਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਮਾੜਾ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

ਸੰਜਨਾ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਪੋਸਟ ‘ਚ ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੀਈਓ ਡੱਗ ਪਾਰਕਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਟੈਗ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸੰਜਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਸਲੂਕ ਨਿੰਦਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ। ਅਦਾਕਾਰਾ ਨੇ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨਜ਼ ਜਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਜਵਾਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ।

ਵਰਕ ਫਰੰਟ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰੀਏ ਤਾਂ ਸੰਜਨਾ ਸਾਂਘੀ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਥ੍ਰਿਲਰ ਡਰਾਮਾ ‘ਓਮ: ਦਿ ਬੈਟਲ ਵਿਦੀਨ’ ‘ਚ ਆਦਿਤਿਆ ਰਾਏ ਕਪੂਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਵੇਗੀ। ਦਿਲ ਬੇਚਾਰਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੰਜਨਾ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਦੂਜੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਜਨਾ ਨੇ ਕਾਵਿਆ ਦਾ ਕਿਰਦਾਰ ਨਿਭਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਫਿਲਮ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

ਸੰਜਨਾ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ 2 ਸਤੰਬਰ 1996 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਇਕ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਂ ਇਕ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਔਰਤ ਹਨ। ਸੰਜਨਾ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਡਰਨ ਸਕੂਲ ਤੋਂ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ।

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੰਜਨਾ ਨੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਲੇਡੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਾਮ ਕਾਲਜ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤੀ। ਸੰਜਨਾ ਦੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਥਿਅੇਟਰ ਵਿਚ ਦਿਲਚਸਪੀ ਸੀ।ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੰਜਨਾ ਨੇ ਅਦਾਕਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ। 9 ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਸੰਜਨਾ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਈ ਸੀ।ਦਿਲ ਬੀਚਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਟ੍ਰੇਲਰ ‘ਚ ਸੰਜਨਾ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਕਾਫੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਵੇਖਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਫਿਲਮ ਦੀ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦਰਸ਼ਕ ਸੰਜਨਾ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਹੁੰਗਾਰਾ ਭਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਅਸੀਂ ਰੋਜਾਨਾ ਆਰਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਦੇ ਸੀ, ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਦੋ ਆਰਟਿਕਲ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਦੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਦੋਸਤੀ ਤੇ ਫਰਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾਇਆ।ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਗੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਸੰਜਨਾ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਸੋਚਦੇ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਆਖਿਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਤੇ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਦਿਲਵਾਏ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਕੁੱਝ ਠੀਕ ਹੈ? ਅਸੀਂ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇ ਸੰਗੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਸੀਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਖਬਰਾਂ ਆਈਆਂ ਸਨ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਥੋੜਾ ਅਜੀਬ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਆਖਿਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਸੱਚ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਰੱਖੀਏ ਇਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਅਜੀਬ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਸੀ।ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਅਦਾਕਾਰ ਸੁਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਪੂਤ ਨੇ 14 ਜੂਨ ਦੀ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਾਹਾ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਖੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਸੀ।ਮੁੰਬਈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਹ ਨਵੰਬਰ 2019 ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਡਿਪ੍ਰੈਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਕਰਵਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।

I refreshed my web pages a 100 times hoping I’m reading some sort of horrible joke. I’m not equipped to process any of this. I don’t think I ever will be. I’m definitely not equipped to articulate my feelings, this is me failing, but trying. Sushant and I were to save all our anecdotes, moments and stories from the time we spent shooting together up until the release of our film, so we had kept them in our stomachs all this while. After 2 years of seemingly all the possible difficulties one single film can face, with all sorts of crap constantly being written, and being relentlessly pursued – we were supposed to FINALLY watch the film, our labour of love, together – my first, and what you told me you believed was your best film yet. Amidst your journey, and in the middle of 16 hour long shoot days, you somehow found a way and had a desire to yell out to me from the opposite side of set screaming “Rockstar, itni achi acting thodi na karte hain paagal!” ; To guide me over things big & small through our film’s process, To tell me to conserve my energy on set; To discuss even the smallest nuance you thought could change the narrative of a scene and would whole heartedly accept my disagreement; To discuss ways in which we could together forge a brighter educational future for the children of India. You were a force Manny, and you always will be. We’re going to spend an eternity to try and make sense of what you’ve left us behind with, and I personally never will be able to. I simply wish you never left us behind in the first place. Just know, you have a country full of millions, looking up at you, smiling at you, thankful for you. As you smile back at us, from up above. ਸੰਜਨਾ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਉਹ ਵਾਪਿਸ ਆਈ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਸੁਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਕਾਫੀ ਕੁੱਝ ਸਹਿ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਸਨ।ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਸੁਸਾਂਤ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਫੀ ਨਾਰਮਲ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਸੁਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਇਸ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਫੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ ਖੁਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਮਟ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਸੰਜਨਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਕੁੱਝ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ।ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਹੌਲੇ-ਹੌਲੇ ਨਾਰਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਲੱਗੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਫਿਲਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੰਜਨਾ ਦੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।
