Ludhiana: Area residents and workers of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) met Municipal Commissioner Ghanshyam Thori to take up the issue of slow progress of developmental works.
The delegation was led by the in-charge of North Constituency Parveen Bansal. Bansal asked the MCL Commissioner to continue developmental works of the streets and roads on fast pace and also to install tubewells to overcome the problem of shortage of drinking water in North Constituency.
It was stated that as the development is being undertaken at snails’
pace, the residents of the area are facing the problem. Bansal said that the speed of ongoing development work, especially in ward number 27 is extremely dull.
The MCL Commissioner, Ghanshyam Thori assured to get the developmental works completed as soon as possible.
