Ludhiana: Fearing deep rooted conspiracy, senior congress leader and Member of Parliament from Ludhiana Ravneet Singh Bittu cautioned families below poverty line and suggested them to not to fell in trap of currency exchange by rich people.
Slamming Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government for no arrangements made before the decision on currency notes, congress MP Ravneet Singh Bittu said that the people having black money were now approaching poor people for currency exchange.
With the greed of few thousands in return of currency exchange, the families below poverty line will loose their pension, health insurance schemes and other benefits given by government.
Of the families under below poverty line will deposit one lakh in bank account, he will be out from the category of BPL and loose pension and other Benefits.
Bittu said that he has visited banks and talked to the people facing harassment for money exchange and came to know that the poor people were accepting black money from rich people with a deal to return new currency notes of seventy thousand against old currency notes of one lakh.
