Ludhiana: Villagers were seen quite eager to come out to cast their votes. However most of the voters have given confusing answers over whom they have voted. On asking some of the voters regarding their casting of votes in different rural areas, they gave confusing answers as they claimed that this time there is no hope seen of winning heights of any particular party.
However many of the youngsters were seen standing near the primary schools at different villages where voting were to be cast. Large number of first time voters turned up this time.
On being asked to few of the villagers, they claimed that there is tough fight being seen among the Aam Admi Party and Congress party. However most of the villagers have claimed that this time voters need a change from the ruling government.
However many of the voters were seen in favour of Shromani Akali Dal in Dakha constituency and also with a huge support to Aam Admi Party candidate HS Phoolka. However, many of the supporters were seen on polling booths at Dakha constituency of both AAP and SAD party.
During a visit to Galib village, villagers also organized free langar of tea and refreshment for the voters as people were seen enjoying the langar after casting their votes at primary schools.
