KL Rahul will continue as Shikhar Dhawan’s opening partner. Murali Vijay has recovered from his hand injury but will warm the bench. West Indies have made two changes as the hosts have handed debut to fast bowler Alzarri Joseph in place of Devendra Bishoo while Leon Johnson has replaced Rajendra Chandrika.
