Ferozepur: As per the instructions of the State body of Punjab State Ministerial Services Union has decided to go on pen-down strike on September 8 and 9. Before commencing the strike, the staff would lodge their protest by tagging the black tags for two days from 6 to 7 September.
It has been disclosed by president Chandan Singh Rana and joint secretary of the union Vipan Sharma in a district level meeting.
Representatives of Punjab State Health department handed over a memorandum of their demands to the civil surgeon in which they had demanded to give the scale of clerk to the computer staff, withdraw the letter to take the test of stenographer before promotion, to include a post of superintendent-1 along with grade-2.
